Customers are able to return items within 30 days from when the order was received for store credit.

To make a return, please email with your name, order number, the item/s requested to be returned and the reason for the return.  You will then be emailed a return slip along with a shipping label. Return requests must be received within 30 days of the package delivery date.

Once we have received your package, you will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when the order was placed. Your exchange credit will be processed within 5-7 business days. Your credit information will be available in your account. If you have not created an account, one will be created for you and that information will be sent to your email.

Returns must be received in new, unworn and unwashed condition. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable will be denied. EXECLIFE is not responsible for any shipping charges that may occur from a return.
